Neck Rejuvenation

Non-surgical neck rejuvenation at Gambhir M.D. on Central Park South, Manhattan. Thermage tightening, Botox for neck bands, and lasers, microneedling, and VI Peel for skin quality.

The neck often shows age before we expect it to, with loosening skin, vertical bands, and crepey texture. Because the neck is on display as much as the face, bringing the two back into balance can make a real difference. Our NYC patients often ask about neck care at the same time as their face, looking for a smoother, firmer neck.

Services

hermage

Radiofrequency tightening firms loose skin along the neck and under the jaw, with no downtime.

Botox

The neck can develop standing vertical bands. Relaxing those muscles with Botox softens the bands and smooths the neck’s line.

Lasers – Moxi, BBL, HALO Tribrid

Laser treatments improve the skin quality of the neck. Moxi gently refreshes tone and early sun damage. BBL addresses pigment. HALO Tribrid combines gentle resurfacing with deeper collagen support. Each helps match the neck to a refreshed face.

Microneedling – SKIN PEN

Microneedling supports new collagen on the neck, gradually improving texture and crepiness over a series of treatments.

VI Peel

A medical-grade peel that refreshes the surface skin of the neck, softening dullness and improving tone.

Alastin Restorative Neck Complex

Alastin’s neck-specific product, designed for the thinner, more delicate skin of the neck and décolletage.

Alastin TransFORM Body Treatment

Supports skin tightness and quality, well suited to the neck area.

Alastin HydraTint Pro Mineral Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 36

The neck gets significant daily sun and is often forgotten. Daily sunscreen on the neck is essential for protecting results.

he neck is often the first place aging shows, and the last place patients think to care for. A few simple habits, kept up over time, do more for the neck than any single treatment.

Minimizing lifetime sun exposure

The neck takes as much sun as the face and is often forgotten. Wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every morning on your neck and chest.

Keeping the skin moisturized

The skin on the neck is thinner than the face and dries out faster. Use a gentle moisturizer morning and night. Take your facial skincare a few inches lower.

Avoiding smoking and heavy alcohol

Smoking accelerates skin laxity and the formation of vertical bands on the neck. It also reduces blood flow to the skin, which slows repair. Heavy alcohol dehydrates and inflames. Cutting back protects neck and face alike.

Minding your sleep position

Sleeping with your chin tucked toward your chest, or face down with the neck folded, presses creases into the skin over years. Sleeping on your back, when possible, reduces them. The same is true for long hours looking down at a phone, often called tech neck.
